Request
The customer shares the origin, destination, travel dates, service required, traveller count, trip type, budget and contact details.
Research
Reservation Executive researches suitable options from applicable airlines, hotels, bus operators and suppliers.
Initial Quotation
The customer receives suitable options with current pricing, availability, key inclusions and applicable supplier terms. An initial quotation does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Customer Selection
The customer selects the preferred option or requests a revised quotation.
Fare/Availability Revalidation
Selected fares and availability are checked again before payment is requested.
Payment Request & Validity
After revalidation, payment instructions are issued together with the applicable quotation validity window and supplier terms.
Payment
The customer completes payment under the stated conditions and deadline.
Supplier Booking
After payment, Reservation Executive submits or coordinates the selected booking with the relevant supplier, subject to current availability and supplier acceptance.
Confirmation & Travel Documents
Tickets, vouchers, supplier confirmations and other applicable travel documents are shared after they are issued by the relevant suppliers.
Fares and availability are subject to change until the airline ticket is issued and/or the applicable supplier confirms the reservation.
