Booking and Confirmation
After the customer selects a preferred option, current fares, availability and supplier terms are revalidated. Payment is requested only after revalidation and is subject to the stated quotation validity. After payment, Reservation Executive coordinates booking with the applicable suppliers. Confirmation documents are issued only after the relevant suppliers confirm the reservations.
Fares and availability are subject to change until the airline ticket is issued and/or the applicable supplier confirms the reservation.
