2. Role of Reservation Executive
Reservation Executive assists customers with travel research, tailored quotations and booking coordination for flights, hotels, intercity buses, holiday packages and combined travel arrangements. Travel services are fulfilled by the applicable airlines, hotels, bus operators and other third-party suppliers identified in the quotation or booking documentation. Reservation Executive coordinates the services requested by the customer but does not own or operate the airlines, hotels, bus services or other independent travel suppliers. Reservation Executive remains responsible for the services that it directly agrees to provide, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
3. Quotations and supplier terms
Quotations may include fares, taxes, fees, baggage allowances, accommodation details, package inclusions and exclusions, cancellation conditions, refund conditions and other supplier terms. These are based on information available when the quotation is prepared and may change before final booking. Customers are responsible for reviewing traveller names, travel dates, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, total price, cancellation conditions and quotation validity before accepting an option.
Fares and availability are subject to change until the airline ticket is issued and/or the applicable supplier confirms the reservation.
4. Request and confirmation sequence
Our normal process is: Request → Research → Initial Quotation → Customer Selection → Fare/Availability Revalidation → Payment Request & Validity → Payment → Supplier Booking → Confirmation & Travel Documents. Submitting an enquiry, receiving a quotation, selecting an option or making payment does not by itself constitute supplier confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only when the applicable airline, hotel, bus operator or other supplier issues the relevant ticket, booking confirmation or reservation document.
5. Payments, service charges and commissions
The quotation or payment request will identify the amount payable, currency, applicable taxes and customer-facing Reservation Executive service charges, where applicable. Payment requirements may vary according to the supplier, service type, route, destination and booking arrangement. Reservation Executive may receive service fees, commissions, mark-ups or other commercial remuneration in connection with travel arrangements. Any additional customer-facing Reservation Executive service charge will be disclosed before payment.
6. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that traveller names and personal details are accurate and for obtaining valid passports, visas and other documents required for travel. Customers should review baggage rules, transit requirements, destination entry requirements, health requirements, supplier conditions and cancellation terms relevant to their journey. Reservation Executive may provide travel-related information for assistance, but customers remain responsible for verifying current official entry, immigration and travel requirements before departure.
7. Special requests
Seat preferences, cabin preferences, room requests, bedding, accessibility needs, meal requests, bus seat preferences, pickup or drop preferences, transfer needs, early check-in, late check-out and other requests are subject to supplier availability and written confirmation. A special request is not guaranteed unless it is confirmed by the applicable supplier.
8. Amendments, cancellations and refunds
Requests for amendments, cancellations and refunds must be submitted to Reservation Executive through our published support channels. Eligibility, processing time, penalties and refund amounts depend on the applicable supplier conditions, fare or rate rules, Reservation Executive charges where applicable, payment method and governing law. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for further details.
9. Supplier responsibility
Airlines, hotels, bus operators and other travel suppliers are responsible for delivering the services they confirm. Supplier schedules, operations and service delivery may be affected by delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, operational disruption, weather, force majeure and other circumstances outside Reservation Executive’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
10. Website use and communications
Customers must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or use the website for unlawful purposes. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and each transaction are subject to the laws applicable to the Reservation Executive business or contracting entity identified in the relevant quotation, invoice or booking documentation, together with any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to the customer. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
12. Complaints and customer support
Customers who have a concern regarding a quotation, payment, booking or travel service may contact Reservation Executive at nobelmaxwell@reservationexecutive.com. Please include the traveller name, booking or quotation reference and a clear description of the issue so that we can investigate and respond appropriately. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.
